In order to further decrease the costs and the carbon dioxide emissions a new system is proposed by combining a fixed multiple use system like the Hangertainer with the 4FOLD foldable container. Comparing the total emissions of the 4FOLD GOH container with the one time use system results in 46% less CO2 emission. Using a 4FOLD container instead of a normal container saves 22% of the costs for both cases to Venlo and Stockholm.
